Active in the IP field since 2016, Rebecca provides supports to the patent department on patent filing and prosecution, patentability and infringement opinion, FtO, and due diligence matters.

Before joining De Simone, Rebecca spent a year at Novartis in Basel (Switzerland) working on the synthesis of novel compounds for cancer treatment. She also spent several months at a small technology transfer company in Milan (Italy) where she was directly involved with patenting and valorising biotechnological inventions.

Passionate about chemistry and pharmaceuticals, Rebecca is a talented professional and valued part of the De Simone patent team.
