Dennemeyer Group announces the acquisition of the well-established Italian IP law firm De Simone & Partners. Continuing Dennemeyer’s glocal approach – having a local presence with a global reach – the De Simone brand will remain the face of the Italian market while serving as a gateway to Dennemeyer’s international legal and administrative backbone. Dennemeyer’s remarkable capabilities in digitalization and cutting-edge technology will be the force behind the De Simone brand. Jointly, the two businesses will serve their clients’ needs in Italy and the rest of the world.

The company’s management will remain unchanged after the acquisition and consists of Avv. Domenico De Simone, Founding Partner, Dr. Ing. Maria Augusta Fioruzzi, Managing Partner, Dr. Olga Capasso, Head of the Patent Department and Dr. Massimo Cimoli, Head of the Trademark Department. Dr. Robert Fichter, Managing Director of Dennemeyer & Associates S.A., will join the board, ensuring international development and integration.

 Also, De Simone & Partners’ head office remains at the iconic building located at 20, Via Bellini, in Rome.
